Training

Training opportunities at the club are based on the four pillars of Endurance, Jumps, Sprints and Throws.
We have 40+ UK Athletic qualified and DBS checked coaches who work in teams of various sizes to deliver coaching across a full range of ages and abilities.
Training is primarily based the Oval (Bebington) and takes place between 5.30pm and 8.30pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.  Some groups also train out of other locations across the Wirral, times by arrangement.
