Our club welcomes athletes from 7.5 years-old. For more information, visit our Foundation Program section. If you’d like your child to give it a go, CONTACT US so we can sort details for your child’s initial onboarding with the club. NO DROP INS please…! The Foundation Program sessions are Mondays (5:45-6:45pm) and Wednesdays (6-7pm). Athletes training in our Foundation Program can come on a PAYG basis (£5 a session) or become a member of the club. If your child is still too young to join our Foundation Program, why not giving Junior Parkrun a try? It is THE perfect event to nurture a love for running for young budding athletes in a fun and friendly environment. Our main track session for the Seniors squad is on Wednesday (6-7:30pm) at the Oval (Bebington) with Coach Mike Wilkinson. It is open to all abilities and is mainly for athletes who are looking to improve on any distances from 5km to 10Km to Half Marathon to Marathon. For the time being, we are proud to say that we have space for everyone. No previous experience is required – we welcome athletes from all abilities. Our coaches always ensure that all athletes develop at their own pace and sessions are tailored & structured to suit all abilities.
We offer over 20 weekly sessions across all disciplines of Run – Jump – Throw. Unless stated otherwise, most of our sessions are at the track at The Oval in Bebington. We have training sessions every day of the week except for Friday & Sunday. Visit our Training pages and/or CONTACT US to enquire about specific days/times for each respective discipline.

Absolutely! Our coaching team is composed of over 30 extremely knowledgeable, professional and enthusiastic coaches & coaching assistants who are all DBS checked & all hold a certification from UK Athletics. Our coaching team fosters a supportive, enjoyable & dynamic environment for all the athletes, whether they are new to the club or more experienced. The club prides itself in creating a safe space where athletes feel valued, supported, and motivated to reach their full potential at their own pace.
Definitely, the club regularly competes in local, regional, and national competitions, including track meets, relay races, road races, cross country events, and league fixtures. We encourage all our athletes to represent the club in competitions if they wish to do so but it is worth knowing that competing for the club is not mandatory. Any athletes aged 10 or over need to be registered with England Athletics to represent the club in league fixtures, championships and various other competitions. Any athletes can compete in Open Meets – no need to be attached to any clubs or affiliated to England Athletics

Yes, all our members should download and sign up to STACK APP (see link below) – this includes all info on fixtures (Competitions Diary), training sessions (Training), Club News & important Documents.
We ask all parents to sign their athletes up ahead of their sessions. This is for health and safety purposes and it helps the coaches to plan their sessions to know how many athletes are expected to attend. Once you have registered and your request to access has been approved, you will be able to see all specific training sessions and sign them up ahead of the sessions.
