Long Jump – High Jump – Triple JumpPole Vault

Young athletes (from 7.5 yrs-old) will be able to try Long Jump in our FOUNDATION program and eventually progress to our development groups once they reach 11 yrs-old.
We also have a fantastic development pathway for High Jumpers, Triple Jumpers and Pole Vaulters.

Main Training Sessions: Monday, Wednesday & Saturday

Winter Blocks: Thursdays (Indoor) & Saturdays
