For athletes who are interested in learning or improving their hurdles technique.
We have groups for all abilities from beginners to advanced specialising in short sprint hurdles (60m to 110m) up to long hurdles (300/400m).
As they develop, athletes in our Endurance program, can progress into Steeplechase, with opportunities to be introduced to the event (from 13 yrs-old).
Main Training Sessions: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday
